Recruitment Process: Accenture conducts 4 rounds to select freshers as ASE and FSE. I was applied for ASE(Associate software engineer).
Round 1 (Cognitive, Technical 90min):
- English ability.
- Analytical reasoning.
- Numerical ability.
- Common applying applications and MS Office.
- Pseudo code
- Fundamentals of networking security and cloud
If you are selected in the 1st round the after 5 to 10 min the next round will be started.
Round 2 (Coding Round 45min): There are two questions. In my case, are the question is easy to level if you do competitive coding then don’t fear.
- The first question was based on the basis array concept.
- The second is based on the linked list basic insert the node between the linked list.
I m solve both the question. The language chose are C, C++, .NET, Java, Python. After, two to three days if are you clear both rounds you got mail for the next round.
Round 3 (Communication assessment 20min): First, it is not an elimination round. In this section

Then the final round arrived.
Round 4 (Interview Round time depends on the interviewer -less than 30min): It is a combined interview HR+Technical interview the asked questions from your resume that’s why first prepare your resume. Mainly the asked question from your project. Search about the company they ask on it. prepare situation based questions also.
The result the sum the score of all round.
After the interview, they send the LOI within 1 to 3 weeks. After, 14 days I got a mail from Accenture. And I’m select in Accenture. Thank you.
