Hello my fellow geeks!! Today I am sharing my Zensar Technologies complete recruitment process.
Zensar Technologies came to my campus and we were asked to register on Hirepro platform to get the test link. After few days of registration we got the test link.
Round 1(Online Test): The test was conducted on Hirepro Platform only. There were 4 sections(MCQ) and time duration was of 110 minutes.
- Aptitude (Logical+ Verbal)
- English
- Computer Fundamentals ( DBMS,OS,OOPS,Pseudocodes etc)
- Coding Questions – 2 questions to attempt out of 4(C/C++/Java/Python/Node.js)
Coding questions were of medium level from the topics like arrays and strings.
To clear this round you need to get around 75% of aptitude questions right and for coding section you need to run one code completely and other partially.
Round 2(Technical Interview): After fews days we got the results of the test and around 31 students were selected for technical interview out of 300+ students. This was also conducted on Hirepro Platform. The interview was totally based on the resume and the interviewer was very friendly and supportive.
Some the questions asked were:
- Self Introduction
- About Projects that I did.
- Basic questions from DBMS, OOPS, OS and other CS subjects.
- Some questions from the language I prefer.
- I was also asked to write a code to find the factorial of a number.
- Some HR questions were also asked.
- Any questions for me interviewer asked(Never say No)
Round 3(HR Interview): This was the last and final round.Around 6 students came to this round out of 31 students.This was also conducted on Hirepro Platform. Interviewer was very supportive in this round as well. This was just the basic discussion.
Questions asked were
- Self Introduction
- Projects
- Technology I prefer to work upon
- Preferred Location
- Any questions for me interviewer asked(Never say No)
All the 6 students were finally selected and I was one of them.
Verdict: Selected
Tips:
- Practice aptitude along with english from sites like indiabix, GfG(GeeksforGeeks) and you can also see youtube series by Rachit Rastogi, I personally liked it.
- Practise coding as much as you can from GfG(GeeksforGeeks) practice section topic-wise.
- Try to have command over the programming language you prefer with its theoretical knowledge as well, it will help you im the interview.
- Have the basic idea of all the skills you mentioned in your resume.
- Lastly, be confident and give your best short.
