Wells Fargo Interview Experience for Program Associate 2022

Recently Wells Fargo visited our campus for Full-time Hiring, which consisted of Total 4 rounds :

The criteria of selection(shortlist for Online test) 7.5 CGPA, it varies according to their needs may vary collage to collage
Online Test: It consisted of 3 sections :



Technical round 1: 1 hr 10 min (Medium): The interview started with the interviewer’s introduction and then he asked me to tell about myself, the internships I did, and also the projects on which I worked. This went for around 10-15 min. Be through with your project. I used Docker in one of my projects so the interviewer specially focused on how/Why I used Docker. And also asked some basic questions on Docker to test my knowledge. We had a good discussion on it for around 10-12 min. Be through with the technologies you used in your project.
Then he asked some basic questions

Technical Round 2: 35-40 min: This round was taken by one of the senior managers at Wells Fargo. The interview started with a basic question Tell me about yourself
Then he asked me to tell him about the projects I did. Tip: Be thorough with each and every concept of your project because the interviewer didn’t have much background with DSA but he focused only on projects. He grilled me with multiple cross-questions. This continued for 15-20 min.
Then he started asking about OOPS, Pillars, Inheritance, Polymorphism, Need and use case, and Virtual functions(Don’t just try to mug up the concept of virtual functions, but try to tell the interviewer in terms of implementation details, like what is happening when you haven’t used virtual function and what will happen after you will use the virtual function, you can explain by giving examples), then again multiple cross questions on virtual functions.
He just wanted to test whether I had implementation skills in oops or I have mugged up the concepts, the interview ended with me being asked questions by the interviewer and taking feedback about my performance in the interview.



HR Round: 15 min (Telephonic): The HR directly called me on my phone, First he introduced himself, and then he asked about myself

The results were out about 10 pm. Total 8 students were selected for FTE and I was one among them
