SLK Software Bangalore conducted a campus drive for the role of a software developer. This was a Pool campus Drive 4 collages were invited. Out of 936 candidates who applied for the position, only 29 got selected in finally. The entire Process was virtual and was conducted in 3 rounds.
Courses Eligible: B.Tech (EC,EE,ME,CS,IS)
Eligibility Criteria:
B.Tech (EC,EE,ME,CS,IS) : 10th 60%, 12th 60%, Graduation/B.Tech CGPA : 6.75 & Above (Without any backlog)
Round 1(Online Assessment Test -120 min): The first round comprised of Aptitude MCQ(60min/60 Questions), Technical awareness or Algorithm MCQ(30min/15 Questions), Coding(30min/1 Question).
- Quantitative aptitude and Logical parts were easier, just work on the basics of aptitude
- The technical aptitude part covered questions from computer networks, operating systems, data structures, C output questions were also there.
- Coding Questions were level 2 Questions, If you have a basic understanding of Coding you can do it.
After 4 days I received a mail saying that I was shortlisted and with an excel sheet attached only 60 were selected
Round 2(Technical Interview): It was A virtual Teams Meet with 3-panel members.
- what I got is they were checking my basic skill set and my knowledge on my projects.
- They Introduced themselves then asked me to introduce myself. He asked me to explain the projects which were included in my resume.
- He asked some basic Python questions, C questions, compiler, and Interpreter differences.
- He asked me to write code for swapping two variables and another one to print even and odd numbers in a given range.
I received a call within 6 hours telling me that my HR round was scheduled for tomorrow morning and mail will be sent with a meet link.
Round 3(HR Interview): First, he introduced himself, and then he asked me to introduce myself. There were 3 members in the panel only one member was asking questions. Questions were as follows
- Tell me something about yourself.
- Tell me about your family.
- why you are willing to join SLK software(Recruiter is looking for confidence and English fluency so talk in confidence)
- If in the future you get selected by any other companies like TCS, Wipro for the better package then what decision will you take then. (These are very tricky questions and in my opinion, the recruiter is looking for a simple clear, and straight answer )So my answer was “Sir, my main aim is to gain knowledge and develop my skills overall, so I am looking for a good work culture company, not for a salary .”
I got selected for SLK Software Bangalore : )
