PWC India Interview Experience for Technology Consultant

PWC comes to our campus in 1st week of September 2021. So it was an on-campus recruitment program. There are a total of 4 rounds in the selection procedure of PWC India.

1st round: It was an entry-level assessment test that consists of 3 parts. Quantitive Aptitude,  Logical Reasoning and General English.

The total no of questions asked was 45 (15 questions from each part). There is no sectional cut-off. For each right answer, you will get +1 and there is a negative marking of 0.25. The duration of the assessment test was 45 min. Each part was not too hard but not too easy. If you are preparing for an exam like CAT, then you can clear it easily. There was no coding question.

2nd round: If you can clear the 1st assessment test only then you will be shortlisted for the 2nd round, i.e. technical round. It was a 30 min technical round interview. As I belong to non-cs/it dept interviewer asked me some questions about my core domain after my introduction. The interviewer was so friendly that I never feel uncomfortable though it was my 1st interview experience.

Then he asked me some questions about technical skills which were written on my cv. Like.

3rd round: If you can clear the technical interview round you will be called for the HR round. There are elimination in the 2nd round and the selection ratio was 1:2. The duration of the HR round was around 10 min. Very common questions are asked in the HR round. like.

4th round: It was a partner’s round(Kind of HR and managerial round). As the name suggests Partner is an employee who has his/her stake in the business and shares in the profit. He asked me some questions.

Rounds 3 and 4 were going parallelly. There are very less no candidates who get ejected. So once you clear the technical interview almost you are close to 90-95% of the final selection. The last 3 rounds were conducted on the same day and there was only 3 days gap between round 1 and the other round.

Result: Finally selected
