Round 1: Technical Interview
At first, the interviewer asked me to introduce myself, And about my coding journey. Then he asked me a few questions related to C++ programming and oops like
- What is the difference between doing a while loop and a while loop?
- What is operator overloading and overriding, difference between them?
- What is static binding and dynamic binding?
After that, he asked me a coding question i.e. Print all pairs with the given sum.
Round 2: Technical Interview
At first, the interviewer asked me to introduce myself. Then he asked about my project I have mentioned two projects in my resume so he asked me both one by one. I did my first project using the front-end and back-end both first, he asked me to show the project and to tell me about the project then he asked me to show me the coding part and where I have written the back-end part. And he was asking deep questions about the project. After that, he asked me to show the second project based on Front-End only so he asked a few questions related to HTML and CSS like is based on Front-End only so he asked few questions related to HTML and CSS like which version You have used and the difference between the previous version and the recent.
After the project, he asked some questions related to my resume, I mentioned leadership quality in soft skills so he asked me about that and I mentioned C++ language so he asked Why didn’t you read Java while it was in your syllabus?
At last, he asked me to code one question, the question was – the longest palindromic string.
Round 3: HR Round
The HR round was just for around 5-6 minutes. At first, the interviewer asked me if I knew all the internship details correctly and the working places. Then he asked why do I want to work with optum. And Why should we hire you . He then allowed me to me to ask doubts, if I have any. It was more like an interactive session rather than Q&A session
