In the month of March 2023, Nxp semiconductors visited our campus i.e. Shri Vishnu Engineering College For Women, AP for the recruitment of a 1-year intern which might be converted to Full time based on performance. They recruited for both the software engineer role and the hardware role. There were 2 rounds

ONLINE ASSESSMENT:
The online test was conducted on campus in the talent decrypt platform on 14th March 2023. The duration of the test is 90 mins. It consisted of 65 MCQ questions. They are from C Pseudo Codes, Operating systems, Computer Networks, Java, and Python and there were 2 coding questions. The difficulty level of coding questions is medium. Around 100 students were shortlisted for interviews from both the software and hardware domain.
TECHNICAL INTERVIEW:
The duration of the technical interview is 60 mins. Basically what happens is you will be interviewed by the team seeking a new member for their project. They will ask you questions specifically related to the domain they are interested in and require expertise for their team. They will start with your resume and ask questions related to our project. There were 2 interviewers for me. One asked questions on C and the other asked questions on Java.

- What is byte code
- Features of Java
- Abstraction
- Inheritance related questions
- Method overloading and overriding
- Collections in java
- Pointers
- Sorting in java
- Constructors in java
- Integer class of java

- Dynamic allocation in C
They also asked a few coding questions on bit manipulation like
