My JEE journey ends with a decent percentile and a lot of up-downs. After the result, I registered myself for JOSAA. I am a resident of Jalandhar so I prefer NIT Jalandhar’s upper branches to other NITs.
I started coding immediately after jee result as enjoyment. After 10 to 15 days, JOSAA round 1 results were announced which were different from my expectations. I got an Instrumentation and Control Engineering branch.
Although ICE at NIT Jalandhar is good I was thinking of ECE. I hoped to get ECE in the fourth or fifth round. I was chilling out in the city with little coding practice. One after the other JOSAA rounds disappointed me because there was no updation of the branch. So I think that now ICE is my final branch.
Then I heard about CSAB consoling and registering on its portal. CSAB was my last hope of getting ECE which was fulfilled in the CSAB first round. I was overwhelmed that day. I got Electronics and VLSI Engineering which is a sub-branch of ECE.
Then I started searching about my branch which is continuing. I will advise students that never lose hope of their expected branch and participate in all college consoling. No one can tell what will happen next.
