Initial Screening (written test):
This round was primarily focused on Aptitude, Reasoning, English, and two coding Questions .
Technical Interview (First Round):
- This round delved deeper into my technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
- The interviewer asked several coding questions related to arrays, strings, and basic algorithms.
- There were also questions on object-oriented programming concepts such as inheritance, polymorphism, and encapsulation.
- I was given a coding problem to solve the coding problem on reverse a string and method overloading and method overriding.
HR Interview:
- This round was more about assessing my cultural fit within the company and discussing my career aspirations.
- The HR representative asked about my long-term goals, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
- They also discussed the company culture, values, and expectations from employees.
- I had the opportunity to ask questions about career growth opportunities, training programs, and the work environment at Mphasis.
Overall, the interview process at Mphasis was rigorous but fair. Each round provided an opportunity to showcase my technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills. The interviewers were professional and supportive throughout the process, and I felt positive about the experience.
