Round 1: Computer Based Online Recruitment Test
In Mphasis AMCAT platform is used for the test in round 1. Round 1 consists of the sections mentioned below.
- Logical Reasoning
- Quantitative Aptitude
- Verbal and Non-Verbal
- Pseudocodes MCQ’s
The evaluation will be based on a sectional cut-off. In Round 1 around 246 students cleared the test and were sent to the next round.
Round 2: Group Discussion
- Here 10 members were in a Microsoft Teams call along with the Interviewer. We are given a topic Junk food should be banned or not and we are given around 15min time to talk about the topic. And after all the people completed, the interviewer asked to give a conclusion for the topic.
- In Round 2 around 199 students cleared the Group Discussion and were sent to the next round i.e. technical Interview.
Round 3: Technical Interview
- In Technical Interview I was asked questions like.
- Tell me about yourself.
- Asked about OOPs concepts
- Asked to write a program to find the sum of digits.
- About my project in detail(As I mentioned my project title in my Self Introduction).
My interview went on for 10 to 15 minutes and here around 157 students cleared the interview and were set to HR.
Round 4: HR Interview
- In HR Interview I faced questions like
- Say me something about yourself which is not mentioned in your resume
- Asked about my hobbies and interests
- Are you ready to relocate?
- Are you ready to sign the Service level agreement i.e for two years
My Interview went on for 5 to 10 min and here around 157 students cleared the HR Interview and after a week I got my Letter of Intent(LOI).
