Hi there, I recently cleared the interview with Kaar Technologies for the two-year internship. In this article, I will explain in detail my interview experience.
Kaar Technologies
Kaar Technologies is a reputable software development company based in India. Kaar Technologies specializes in a wide range of services, including web and mobile application development, custom software development, Data Analytics, and IT consulting. The company serves clients from various industries, such as healthcare, finance, e-commerce, and education.
Internship:
Kaar Technologies provides two-year internships for selected candidates. The first year will be your learning period and you will not given any complicated tasks. The company will not force you and they will consider your examinations and other factors so that the internship will not affect your academics. After completing one year, you will be given an assignment and based on your performance, shortlisted candidates will undergo another six-month internship with a stipend of 5000 per month. After 6 months another interview will be held and shortlisted candidates will undergo another six-month internship After the successful completion of the two-year internship, you will receive your FTE offer at Kaar Technologies.
Round 1 :
- It is an online assessment and you can expect questions from aptitude and problem-solving.
- It consist of two parts. In part one, you will have questions on
- Quantitative Aptitude
- Logical Reasoning
- Verbal Ability
- In part two, technical MCQs were asked and a huge number of questions were based on JAVA
- It is an eliminatory round and it was conducted in term.pro platform.
Round 2:
- It is a group discussion and it is conducted in Microsoft Teams.
- Commonly discussed topics include
- Will e-vehicles be the future of India
- Online classes VS offline classes
- Is technology a boon or bane?
- It is a mass eliminatory round.
Round 3:
- It will be a technical HR discussion.
- The common interview questions that were asked from
- Object Oriented Programming (Most Important)
- Database Management System (Most Important)
- Data Structures and Algorithms
- Operating Systems
- Computer Networks
- Computer Organization and Architecture
- The shortlisted candidates will have round 4 and it is an eliminatory round.
Round 4:
- It will be general HR discussion round.
- The common interview questions that were asked in this round are
- Tell me something about yourself which are not in your resume
- career objective
- Vision and Mission in your life
- How will you handle criticism at the workplace
- How long will you work for the company
- It is an eliminatory round
