I was shortlisted for Google Summer Intern(Step),2022. I know that I might be exaggerating it but for a student from a Tier 3 college, this means a lot. So there was written
We are excited to inform you that your resume has been shortlisted to interview with us for an internship opportunity for Summer 2022.
Just so you know, Google takes two interview rounds of 45 minutes where you can only proceed to the 2nd if you clear the first.
Round 1:
- Got a meet link with the Interviewer and the Interviewer will provide you a Doc file that will have similar features as that of Google docs. In the Doc file, only you and the interviewer will have access to it.
- The interview started, I was asked a very easy question, It was of string 1d DP(I cannot tell you the exact question because of the Confidentiality Of Google). I gave both naive and DP approaches.
- I took the entire 30 mins of the time. The interview ended at 11:40 am. In the evening a mail came stating that I couldn’t make it to the second round.
Didn’t make it to the rest of rounds, but will try again in future.
Verdict: Rejected
