Futures First visited our campus to conduct hiring for the role of Market Analyst ( Intern + FTE)

Round 1:
In this round there was a Aptitude test consist of 43 MCQ which we have to solve in 40 minutes , consisting questions from Quick Math , Profit and Loss, Ration and Proportion , Pie Chart , Mensuration , Statistics and Probability .
There was negative marking for the wrong answers attempted , +2 for right one and -1 for the wrong one .
Results were declared at the same day , and around 17 students out of 120 qualified for the second Round .
Round 2:
This Round was conducted on the same day .
This Round was named as Group Discussion Round where students are grouped in 6 , 6 and 5 in numbers.
We thought we will have to discuss on topics given by them , but surprisingly to our expectation , it was kind of fastest fingers first cum buzzer round , the interview will show us a figure or state a statement and we have to raise our fingers , ranging from logical reasoning to statistical understanding .
Just like the first Round , this round too have a negative marking for wrong answers.
This Round continued for around 30 minutes .
For this Round , results were declared after two days , only 3 students out of 17 students qualified for the 3rd Round.
Round 3:
This Round was conducted after a gap of 2 weeks from the 2nd Round ,
This Round was kind of stress Round , where they were grilling me on why you want to join , stress situations on different question ,
quick math’s question , logical reasoning , how will you rate yourself , if you were the interviewer , how will you evaluate yourself.
After This Round , Only I was selected out of 3 students ,
Round 4:
This Round was taken by the VP futures first ,
He was firing questions right from the beginning , like no introduction ,
He fired question from Statistics , Probability , Mensuration , General Knowledge , Candle Stick Char , Market Understanding
He asked me questions like , what is the colors used in the websites , negative points about company , and many trick and stress questions.
This Round also lasted for around 30 minutes.
Results came after two days , I was not selected , and the company goes bare handed from the campus without any offers.
My suggestion to folks who are going to appear for the test in this company would be:-
Have strong command on Basic Mathematics .
Be Good at quick Mathematics.
Be Confident.
Don’t doubt yourself on stress situation .
