Round 1 (PS/DS1):
The interviewer introduced himself and asked me to introduce myself. Then he asked me 2 questions. This interview lasted for an hour.
Round 2 (PS/DS2):
After 2 days, the round 2 took place. There were 2 interviewers. They first introduced themselves and asked me to introduce myself.
In both the questions, interviewer asked me about various approaches that could be used, how we can minimize the time and space complexity. He even varied the questions a bit.
This round was supposed to be of an hour but got stretched for 45 minutes more.
Round 3 (Hiring Manager):
This round took place the next day. It was supposed to be of 30 minutes but lasted for 1 hour. He introduced himself and asked me to introduce myself.
- He asked me about my projects, what tech stacks I used, what structure I followed to make my projects.
- For team based projects, he asked me the general team based questions.
- Why I want to join Flipkart.
- Why I want to leave my previous company.
Verdict – Selected
Tip: Just consider the interview as a discussion. This makes you feel a bit at ease and opens your mind to think for more approaches as you don’t feel pressured.
