Coditas Solution LLP Pune Interview Experience for ASE

The company came for a campus placement in my college. I submitted my resume to the TnP cell and they submitted it to the company. Then the resume was shortlisted and the hiring process began. The whole process consists of the following round and it took about 3-4 weeks for the entire process:

Note: All the rounds were knockout rounds.

I have explained each round as follows –

Online Assessment: It was held online. Questions were asked from Aptitude, Reasoning, Technical rounds, and coding. Difficulty level – [Easy – medium]

Group Discussion In this round there were around 20 candidates and around 7-8 were shortlisted. We were given a topic, and our names were called. We had to same 5-10 lines regarding that topic. Your English fluency will be tested.

Group Discussion  After 1st round of discussion, our names were sent to us by the TnP cell. The shortlisted candidates from the above round were in this round. It was the same as the above round and they again shortlisted the candidates.

Technical Round 1 – In this round after a brief intro, he asked me some basic computer fundamentals and he told me to share my screen and open my fav IDE. The 1st question was – https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/c-program-check-given-string-palindrome/amp/ and I was able to solve it then he asked me to find the frequency of the string – https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/python-frequency-of-each-character-in-string/amp/.

Technical Round 2 In this round after a brief intro, he asked me basic questions about computer fundamentals and I had to code one easy question of array. Easy level – fuzz bizz https://www.geeksforgeeks.org/fizz-buzz-implementation/amp/

I cleared till the 5th round but they called me and said that they have stopped hiring for this year. I don’t know why they do this after taking 5 rounds but all rounds were interesting to me. The coding question level was from easy – medium level.

Tip: Clear the assessment and the interviewers are very friendly to the candidates.
