Cedcoss Technologies Interview Experience ASE

Cedcoss Technologies visited Pranveer Singh Institute of Technology in 2023 to recruit engineers for the position of Associate Software Engineers at a salary of 4.6 lakhs per annum. The recruitment process was conducted entirely online despite being an on-campus event.

The recruitment process included the following stages:

1. Online Test:

The online test comprised questions covering aptitude, logical and verbal reasoning, as well as some coding exercises. These questions were relatively straightforward, and most candidates were able to pass this stage.



2. Technical Interviews:

There were two technical interview rounds. These interviews focused on the candidates’ projects and the technical skills mentioned in their resumes. Candidates were asked to discuss the projects they had worked on during their engineering studies, including the reasons behind their choice of project and the technologies they utilized. Additionally, basic technical knowledge in areas such as database management systems (DBMS), operating systems (OS), and networking was assessed.

3. HR Interview:

The HR interview consisted of standard HR questions such as “Tell me about yourself” and “Why do you want to work for our company?”



The results of the recruitment process were communicated to successful candidates via phone calls.
