I am a 2020 Grad, from a normal private college (Tier 3/4), I was working in Infosys as Digital Specialist Engineer (Specialist Programmer). I got the opportunity to give an interview they offer the position of SDE 1. Location Banglore/HYD/Gurugram India I.applied Through: Carrer Portal, Referral through LinkedIn.

1. Online Assessment [HackerRank] [1.5 hours]:
Coding Questions:
Questions which is competitive programming based, there are no language constraints you can use any language
We have to write algorithms too
2. DSA Round 1[Face2Face (Virtual) ] [1 hour]:
- DSA, OOPS
- Brief Introduction of myself.
- Simple OOPS questions

Questions based on TRIE + DFS + memoization, question not present on LeetCode but a bit similar question is present if you solved 10-12 problems of Trie then you can solve.
- I solved it almost completely but ran out of time.
- Questions based on LeaderShip Principles
4. DSA Round 2 [Face2Face (Virtual) ] [1 hour]:
- DSA, OOPS, and Project Questions:
- Brief Introduction of myself.
- A very famous question of DSA is based on the creatures outside the earth.
- Somewhat linked list merging
- Questions based on LeaderShip Principles
- Question on my company project.
- IMP focuses on LeaderShip Principles very much, please make sure that you read about all 14 and make some cases.
After 15-20 days, I received a rejection mail.
APR 2022
In April I received a mail from a manager( I think the same manager in which I got rejected), and another msg from a different manager on Linkedin, they are interested in my profile, so I agree to Linkedin.
A clear online assessment like the same as the previous one (2 questions) and then Scheduled interviews for further rounds.
Rescheduled because of fever.
But I got an offer from Microsoft, so I dropped this opportunity, without giving an interview. Even they suggested I give an interview at least, but I denied it.
