Accenture came to our campus around the mid of August I was eligible for the assessment the criteria were there is no active backlog during the assessment and you should have 60 + marks in the 10th and 12th and 7.0 cgpa in the current semester. they offer 3 packages based on interview performance.
There were 5 rounds in the Accenture assessment all rounds were an elimination round
Round 1: Cognitive Ability
- English Ability
- Critical Reasoning And Problem Solving
- Abstract Reasoning
Time allotted 50 minutes, if you clear round 1 then only move further for the next round
Round 2: Technical Assessment
- Common Application and MS office
- pseudo Code
- Fundamentals of Networking Security And Cloud
Time allotted 40 minutes
Round 3: Coding round
- There were 2 coding questions you have to solve that questions in 45 minutes
Round 4: Communication Round
- There were 4 sections in the communication round listening, speaking, storytelling
Round 5: Interview(TECHNICAL + HR)
I cleared all the rounds in Accenture then after 3 or 4 days I received a mail from Accenture they ask for the scheduled date I filled in the interview date and time then my interview started at 3 pm. There were the following questions asked of me
- Introduce yourself
- Tell me something about your project
- What was your role in the project
- What is your domain language
- What are the difficulties you face during the implementation of your project?
- Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years
- What is the difference between c and c++?
- What is more important for you money or work
- Why Accenture?
- Are you willing to relocate
- Any questions from me?
My interview was around 45 minutes .my overall experience was good. I answered all the questions asked by Hr then after one or two weeks I got a rejection mail from Accenture I don’t know where they terminated me.
