In this article, I will share my interview experience with the Wipro SIM program. I joined Wipro Last year in July 2022, after completing my Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering from Ramakrishna Mission Shilpamandira, a Self-financed Polytechnic College situated in BelurMath, Howrah, West Bengal. The Diploma Degree was a Three years program. I applied for Wipro SIM Program in April month and got an offer letter in June month.
Now I will write about the whole interview and selection process. The selection process contains mainly four steps.
Steps:
- The first step is application and selection.
- Aptitude Test and Essay Writing.
- Business Discussion & HR Round.
- Get an Offer Letter.
Steps for applying & Interview process:
- You have to log in to the Superset platform and create your ID and from Superset you have to fill out the form.
Applying eligibility criteria you should have 50% in your 10th stander and 50% in your 12th and 60% in your Diploma with no backlog.
- After your application selection, I got my first round scheduled within 2-3 weeks which is a computerized amplitude test and essay writing. Here aptitude tests have four sections aptitude, reasoning, verbal, and quants and you have to clear each section for selection for the essay writing exam.
- After the first round, I got the result through an email within 2 weeks and after that, I got scheduled for my second round Business Discussion which is an English proficiency test. This round had different stages like – reading, grammar, speaking, writing, listening. The speaking stages contain the HR and scenario-based questions. This was the final round.
- After this second & final round, I got the result through mail within 2 weeks and also receive the selection mail. Then within one month, I got the offer letter in June and I onboarded in July and finally joined Wipro as Scholar Trainee. Now I have completed More than a year in Wipro.
