In Feb 2022, I was interviewed by The GoTo Guy for the role of Social Media Marketing. The interview process consisted of two rounds and an Assignment aimed at analyzing my technical knowledge, and compatibility with the company’s values and culture.
First Round:
The first round of the interview was scheduled for 30 minutes. I introduced myself and provided questions related to Social Media.
The following questions were asked me:
- Describe your working experience and projects you have worked upon
- How can you increase impressions, leads, and likes on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram?
- How to run Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads?
- Describe the process you use to create a social media calendar
- How do you get more retweets?
- Describe the least successful social media campaign you’ve run. What did you learn?
Result: I cleared the first round successfully.
Second Round:
In the second round, I was provided with an assignment to complete.
Prepare a social media (organic and paid) and search engine marketing campaign for 1 month.
Result: Cleared second round as well.
Third Round: HR Round
In the HR round, they asked me to introduce myself, why should we hire me, how could you help grow our company, how soon you join and what is your salary expectations.
Result: Selected and Working Successfully.
