- Step 2: Once You applied for the role wait for some days. You will receive a phone call from the Technoglobe after your resume is shortlisted. And they call you for a walk-in Interview for technical Round at Gopalpura Bypass, Jaipur (the main branch of Technoglobe).
Technical Round
In this round, they are going to ask some basic to Intermediate level questions related to your field. For Ex – If you are applying for an internship as an IT Trainer then they are going to ask some nested loop questions or pattern printing questions, SQL queries, and some JavaScript basic concept questions like DOM, BOM, etc.
TIPS: Revise concepts of your field before going for the Technical Interview. And keep your point crisp and clear.
HR Round
Once you are selected after the technical round HR will discuss salary, role, and working hours and they will give you a center, as Technoglobe has more than 24 training centers in Rajasthan. And allocate you a center on which you are going to work as a trainer of Your field.
TIPS: Don’t hesitate while having a discussion on the salary you should have clear knowledge about how much salary you want.
