SVG <feGaussianBlur> Element

SVG stands for Scalable Vector Graphic. It can be used to make graphics and animations like in HTML canvas.
The <feGaussianBlur> element adds a smooth blur to the graphic based on the standard deviation provided in the input primitive.

Syntax:
