numpy.ma.MaskedArray class
is a subclass of ndarray designed to manipulate numerical arrays with missing data. With the help of Numpy MaskedArray.__radd__ we can add a particular value that is provided as a parameter in the MaskedArray.__radd__() method. Value will be added to each and every element in a numpy array.
Syntax: numpy.MaskedArray.__radd__
Return: Add self to other, and return a new masked array.
Example #1 :
In this example we can see that each and every element in an array is added with the value given as a parameter in method MaskedArray.__radd__(). Remember one thing it wouldn’t work for double type values.
# import the important module in python import numpy as np
# make an array with numpy gfg = np.ma.array([ 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 ])
# applying MaskedArray.__radd__() method print (gfg.__radd__( 5 ))
