In this article we will see how we can set widget to the QDockWidget. QDockWidget provides the concept of dock widgets, also known as tool palettes or utility windows. Dock windows are secondary windows placed in the dock widget area around the central widget in a QMainWindow(original window). Dock windows can be moved inside their current area, moved into new areas and floated (e.g., undocked) by the end-user. We can add widget to the dock widget, widget can any widget or even a single widget which contains many small child widgets. Along with dock widget the widget set to it also moves with it.
In order to do this we will use setWidget method with the dock widget object. Syntax : dock.setWidget(widget) Argument : It takes QWidget as argument Return : It returns None
