Round 1: It was an online round. In that, there were basic aptitude and programming questions. All the questions in this round were MCQs. This round took around 1 hour. In this round, 984 students participated including BTech, BCA, and MCA. They announced the result after half an hour.
In this round, only 67 students were selected for the second round. Fortunately, I was selected in this round.
Round 2: It was a coding round. All the students got two coding questions randomly and they had to solve at least one out of it.
I got two questions out of which one question was of string and the other was of array. I can’t remember the first question but the second was Wiggle Sort II. I was able to solve both questions within just 10-12 minutes as I already revised both just a few days ago.
Out of 67, they selected 9 students for the next round. I was one of them.
Round 3: It was a Personal Interview round. In this, I was the 4th one for the interview. This round went for around 1-1.5 hours. They discussed my projects and internship. They asked me questions about each topic that I mentioned in my resume.
Here are a few questions that were asked:
- When requesting any API the network always makes two requests one with the request method we mentioned. What is the other request method for which it calls the API?
- What are the alternative ways to build a real-time chat application?
- Challenges during internship
- I answered all the questions and the interviewer seemed to be satisfied with my explanation. After this, I went for an HR round.
Round 4: In the HR round, they asked questions related to my family background, behavioral questions, and about my coding journey like who was your inspiration? etc.
After all the round, only one student got selected and fortunately it was me ????.
