I have been interviewed by Rakhi Singh, Principal Architect, Nomiso India Private Limited.
I answered all the questions correctly then also she rejected me. People like her used to waste the time of candidates. I have lots of achievements. I really suggest everyone not to join such companies where these kinds of people treat candidates like me as their competitors, feel job insecurity and make biased decisions. They should feel ashamed of themselves.
I would like to request all of you… don’t waste time in giving an Interview and just ignore a call from Nomiso. They conduct interviews just as the time passes.
Note: They told me there will be 2 rounds of interviews.
In the 1st round, they asked about general OOP concepts, Java 8 questions, asked to implement Singleton class, and asked questions from the database like different types of joins, self join, if there’s an Employee Table with empid, emp name, empsal, mgrid. Find the manager’s name etc.
They also asked about design patterns you have used earlier.
