Nokia Interview Experience

I wanted to share my recent experience interviewing for a position at Nokia. From start to finish, it was an enlightening and engaging process that provided me with valuable insights into the company and its culture.

Round – 1

The interview process began with a preliminary phone screening, where I had the opportunity to discuss my background, skills, and interest in the role with a member of the HR team. They were very professional and friendly, and the conversation helped me better understand the expectations for the position.



Round – 2

Following the phone screening, I was invited to participate in a series of virtual interviews with members of the Nokia team. These interviews covered a range of topics, including my technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and fit with the company culture. I was impressed by the depth of the questions and the genuine interest the interviewers showed in getting to know me as a candidate.

Conclusion
