Mindtree Interview Experience (On-Campus)

At the start of September, Mindtree (A Larsen & Toubro Group Company) came to my college to choose candidates for the software engineering role and the process went through three rounds. The entire interview procedure took place online.

Round 1: Online Written Assessment: Round 1 consists of 4 sections i.e.



The level of this written assessment is Easy to Medium.

Round 2: Technical Interview: For those who had made the shortlist, there was a technical interview round one week after the first round. The interviewer greeted me right away and did a good job of putting me at ease by being kind. It lasted for around 15 – 20 minutes.



After introducing himself, the interviewer asked me to do the same.

The questions my interviewer asked are mentioned below:

Following this, my interviewer told me that was all from her side and to ask any remaining questions if I had any. (Do ask a question to the interviewer. Never say No)

The level of this Technical Interview round is Easy to Medium.

Round 3: HR Interview: For those who had made the shortlist, there was an HR interview round one week after the second round. It was the last round of this interview. This was a general round, although leadership abilities and effective communication skills are also desired. It lasted for around 10 minutes.

After introducing himself, the interviewer asked me to do the same.

Then They questioned subjects like:

It was a very friendly conversation and at the end, he greeted me with All the Best and said Good Bye. The level of this HR Interview round is Easy. Four days after both interviews went well, my college provided an Excel document with the list of students chosen for Mindtree, and I was one of them.

VERDICT: Selected
