I have recently given a Personal interview for LUMENCI (Associate Consultant). And I will tell my experience through this article. There are five rounds for the LUMENCI company selection process for (Associate Consultant).

My LUMENCI company interview was on-campus in online mode. First, my resume was shortlisted and Then the children whose resumes they had shortlisted, they are in online mode for further processing.
Online Test: LUMENCI company asked some aptitude, reasoning, programming, coding, and networking-related questions in online MCQ mode in the POD.ai Hiring platform. And those who will qualify for the online test will be eligible for the next round.
Short Video Assignment: The students are required to create a video(single) where they answer each question within the mentioned timeframe in a single video. Questions:
- Describe your current project (2-3 min)
- What do you know about LUMENCI? Did you do any research? (2-3 min)
- Which is your favorite futuristic technology and why? (2-3 min)
And we had to submit it within 2 hours of getting the instructions for the short video assignment. Those who will be shortlisted in this round will be eligible for a technical interview.
Technical Interview: It started with an introduction And I gave my introduction. After that, he started asking me questions from the Tech industry e.g.

HR Round: LUMENCI HR rounds test the candidate’s character, attributes, and features, which helps to determine whether the candidate is appropriate to the Lumenci work culture.
