jQWidgets is a JavaScript framework for making web-based applications for PC and mobile devices. It is a very powerful and optimized framework, platform-independent, and widely supported. The jqxComplexInput is a jQuery input widget that is used for taking input of complex numbers containing real and imaginary parts.
The decimalNotation property is used to set or return the notation that display the real and imaginary parts of the complex number. It accepts String type value and its default value is ‘default’.
Its possible values are –
- ‘default’ – The default value contains decimal notation. For example – ‘330000 – 200i’
- ‘exponential’ – It represents date in exponent form. For example – ‘3.3e+5 – 2e+2i’
- ‘scientific’ – It represents number in power of 10. For example – ‘3.3×10⁵ – 2×10²i’
- ‘engineering’ – For example – ‘330×10³ – 200×10⁰i’
