Infollion Research Interview Experience For Backend Developer

Hello everyone, welcome back to my vlog. Today, I’m going to share my recent job interview experience at Infollion Research for the backend developer role. Although I wasn’t selected, it was a great learning experience, and I’d like to walk you through the process.

Interview Process:

The selection process at Infollion Research was divided into five phases, each with its unique challenges and opportunities.

Interview with Senior Software Developer:

In the first phase, I had an interview with a senior software developer at the company. I was given a backend task to develop some APIs using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB. The deadline for the task was one day. It was a challenging task, but I enjoyed working on it. I dedicated myself to completing the task within the given timeframe, leveraging my skills and knowledge.

Second Round:

After three days of submitting the task, I had the second round of the interview. The interviewer asked me about the task I had completed and questioned me about my code. They also inquired about my future plans and aspirations. While I was able to answer all questions related to the task, and I felt confident about my solutions, unfortunately, I was not able to clear this round.

MD Round:

The third round of the interview was with the company’s Managing Director (MD). I was not selected.

HR Interview:

The fourth and final round was the HR interview.

Conclusion:

In conclusion, my interview experience at Infollion Research was insightful and enriching, despite not being selected for the backend developer role. I learned a lot throughout the process, including technical skills, communication techniques, and interview etiquette. While I may not have secured the position this time, I’m grateful for the experience and look forward to applying the lessons learned to future opportunities. Thank you for watching my vlog, and stay tuned for more updates on my career journey.
