How To Clear Browser Cache On Iphone?

Cache files are set up to store temporary data which reduces the loading time of Apps, Programs, Websites, and other files on your device. If a cache file is deleted all the temporary data that was stored in it will be lost as well. A Cache File is mostly used to save on CPU usage by reducing network traffic.

Steps To Clear Browser Cache: 

Step 1: Go To Settings 



Step 2: Choose Safari 

Step 3: Click on Clear History and Website Data 



Step 4: Now Select Cached Data and Many Other Data Types. It will take a few seconds for Safari to clear its cache; when it does, Press Done.

Steps To Detect Caches in iPhone:

Step 1: If you turn on iCloud enabled to delete iCloud caches, the next time you will open Safari it will take a long time to load some pages and also force you to log in. 

Step 2: Probably your cache is too large and needs a clearing. To speed up your page loading time by keeping just the information that you require and storing the rest of it in the device’s RAM, go to Settings → Safari → Clear Recent History → Delete All or Delete Some Cached Data (you can set a maximum size for caching internet content in Safari). 

Step 3: Try disabling Private browsing mode by going to Settings → Safari → Private Browsing Mode.

Steps To Remove Caches in iPhone:

Step 1: Open Safari and tap on the menu button top left (three dotted lines), then select “Clear History” from the menu that appears.

Step 2: To delete all cached data, go back to Clear History and click the “Clear All History” option.

How to Clear Cache on Android:

Step 1: Go to Settings → Apps → App Manager
Step 2: Select Cache
Step 3: Select Cache Manager → Clear Default Cache from there.

If you’re having trouble loading webpages on your iPhone, clearing the browser cache could fix your problem. This can be done by going to the SETTINGS menu on your device and looking for Safari’s “CLEAR CACHE” option. With all the different browsers that iPhone supports (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) you want to keep them all as fresh as possible while you’re browsing around the web.

Steps To Clear Cache in Safari:

Step 1: Open up Safari on iOS and go to a website that is giving you trouble or an old website. Make sure it is not cached.

Step 2: Tap the Settings icon at the top of your screen → Select Clear Cache → Confirm that you wish to clear cache from this particular website (This will only clear from this particular site). Confirm when prompted and tap “Clear Cache”

Step 3: Go back to Safari and reload the webpage. You should now see the webpage instead of a blank white screen.

Step 4: To test if clearing the cache has helped your issue, go back to SETTINGS → CLEAR CACHE or turn off and on Wi-Fi or your phone’s data connection to clear out Safari’s cache.

Step 5: If you’re still having problems with Safari, try fully resetting your device by holding down both the HOME and POWER buttons for about 10 seconds till the Apple Logo appears then set it up as a new iPhone without restoring from backup. 

Step 6: If you are having trouble loading a webpage, clear your browser’s cache by tapping the green “+” menu button in the upper-right corner, then select “Settings“. From there, tap on “Safari“, which will open a menu on the left side of your screen. Scroll down to “All Pages” and select “Clear History & Cache“, which will clear out Safari’s entire cache.
