The GeeksforGeeks Job Portal team onboarded the Careers360 team on the Get with GeeksforGeeks portal and made their job postings live. Once they were onboarded, the following steps were taken:
- Social media promotion would include promotions on LinkedIn and Youtube.
- Bulk emailing to the targeted user base having the skill set that the Careers360 team was looking for.
- Screening of the applications of candidates to sort out more relevant profiles.
- Cooperating with the Careers360 team in interview scheduling and also giving constant reminders to the candidates so they would appear for the interviews on the scheduled date and time.
- Taking the regular updates from the Careers360 team so that they won’t have any challenges and also refine the screening process of the candidates.
- Taking the final updates from the candidates once the offer is released to them.
