Explanation: Zero has two representation in sign’s magnitude:
1 – MSB is 0
2 – MSB is 1
Both of these representation have equal value that is 0.
Also zero have two representation in 1’s complements:
1 – All bits are Zero.
2 – All bits are 1
So, option (B) is correct.
