I was interviewed for the IT Trainee role. I was a fresher at the time of the interview. There were 3 rounds in total.
Round 1: [ Data Structure and Algorithm ]: This round was primarily focused on Data Structures and problem-solving. They started with a simple question and gradually moved to tough questions.
- Find two elements closest to 0 from an array.

The Interviewer asked me to write code in Notepad. They focused on time and space complexity. The interviewer told me to write code with optimal space complexity. They had planned for one more question but since my interview started 15 min late (the interviewer was late), they concluded this round with 2 questions only.
Suggestion: Try to practice easy-medium-level DSA questions from GeeksForGeeks, Leetcode, for topics such as Queue, Stack, Arrays, Searching, and Sorting.
Round 2: [ Managerial Round – Video call ]:
- Tell me about yourself and your basic Introduction.
- Which one is your favorite project from your resume? Asked me detailed questions about that.
- Any case when you had to work out of your comfort zone.
- have you ever had conflicts with your colleague? If yes and how did you resolve it.
- How do you improve your technical knowledge?
Round 3: [ HR Round – Video call ]:
- Tell me about your favorite tech stack and the language you are comfortable in.
- Are you willing to relocate?
- What are your Strengths and weaknesses?
- How can you improve on your weaknesses?
