Recruitment Process

EY conducts 3 rounds to select freshers in their organization.

Note: Each round is an elimination round. In order words, you must be required to clear all the rounds.

Eligibility Criteria

Online assessment

The Online assessment at EY generally consists of the following three sections:

Technical Interview

Candidates who successfully pass the online assessment proceed to technical interviews at EY, typically conducted on the HIREVIEW platform. This round usually involves 2 or 3 interviewers and focuses on project-related questions. A deep understanding of your project work is crucial. Proficiency in computer fundamentals, including DBMS, Operating System, OOPS, and Networking, is necessary. For experienced candidates, discussions may extend to previous work experiences during this round.

The number of technical interviews taken entirely depends upon your performance in the previous rounds. Generally, each candidate has to go through one technical interview during this process.

HR Interview

They ask HR questions like :

  1. Why should we hire you?
  2. Why EY?
  3. Tell me about a time when you worked effectively under pressure.
  4. What interests you most about this position?
