Deutsche Bank Internship Experience

In 2023 (My Third Year), Deutsche Bank came to our campus for an internship with a salary of 90k and a pre-placement offer of around 20 LPA. Let me share my Interview Experience with you.

Online Coding Test. Round 1 (Online Coding Test – 120 mins):

There was a CGPA criterion of 8 for this round. The round was solely based on core concepts (OS, DBMS, CN) and DSA. There were two questions on DSA, both of medium difficulty. The first one was based on Arrays and the second was on DP.



Question: Given n numbers, you can remember k distinct integers. For every extra integer you can’t remember, you have to pay a value X. Find the total amount you have to pay.

18 students were shortlisted to proceed to the next round.



Technical Round Round 2 (Online Mode) (Technical – 45 mins):

Tell me about Yourself. About a project, I have mentioned. This round was divided into 4 sections:

12 students were shortlisted to proceed to the next round.

Round 3 (Professional-fitment Round):

This round was around 25 minutes. Asked to introduce myself. Then I had to explain the projects on my resume. I was asked questions on Computer Networking. I was told to share the screen and implement a Stack. Then I had to share my Portfolio Website and asked about its use and tech stack. Then They asked some situational questions like If I had to work with a team and what I had to do when teammates were not cooperating.

All Proceeds for the next Round.

Round 4 (HR Round):

The interviewer was really nice. Introduce yourself. How was your 2 years in college? Did you enjoy today’s Schedule and experience about today? Why did you choose this college? What motivates you to code? Why Deutsche Bank? What do they actually do?

Among 12 , 8 got the Internship and PPO.
