Applied on their career site and recruiter reached out to me. The interview process took about two weeks. Afterward, i received an offer.
Recruiter phone call:
- Duration: 30 minutes.
- Recruiter to learn more about me and why I am looking to leave my current company.
- Casual conversation.
- Did not ask for salary requirements nor anything. Just wanted to make sure i am in the Philadelphia location.
- Scheduled my technical phone screen.
Technical phone screen:
- Duration: 1 hour.
- 1-hour interview with the team’s tech lead.
- Behavioral questions, super cool guy.
- Algorithm question – verbal.
- Java OOP questions.
Onsite (3 Rounds):
Round 1: Technical Round
- Duration: 1 hour.
- Interviewed with 2 engineers, talked with the tech lead again. Super cool guy.
- System design, design Spotify.
- Verbal algorithm.
- OOP Java.
- All 3 of us felt the vibe and it was pretty casual.
Round 2: Technical Round
- Duration: 1 hour.
- Algorithm on word document. Simple algorithms.
- Some database question about modeling.
- SQL questions.
- Java questions.
Round 3: Manager Round
- Duration: 1hour.
- Talked about the team and culture of the company.
- Discussed about projects.
- Some behavioral questions.
Result: Offer.
