I applied for the position of Python Developer at Bridgefix Technology through LinkedIn and was invited to participate in their hiring process. The company is based in Indore. Here’s a detailed account of my interview experience:
Round 1: I received an email outlining the roadmap of the hiring process after they contacted me through mail. The first round consisted of a written test. In this test, there were six questions related to lists, dictionaries, and sets. Questions ranged from counting frequencies of elements in a list to finding duplicates. Out of these six questions, candidates were required to attempt four. Additionally, there were four questions related to reasoning and aptitude, which all candidates had to answer.
Round 2: After completing the written test, the results were declared within five minutes. If selected, candidates were immediately scheduled for the next round, which was a face-to-face interview. There was a brief waiting period of around 10 minutes before the interview commenced.
Round 3 / Face-to-Face Interview: The face-to-face interview primarily focused on Python-related questions. Initially, I was asked why I chose Python and about the history of Python. Then, the interviewer delved into topics such as lists, tuples, local and global variables, and the scope of variables. Subsequently, we discussed dictionaries, including converting lists of tuples into dictionaries and using functions like enumerate. Additionally, I was questioned about my academic projects related to Python.
Final Round / HR Round: Following the face-to-face interview, the results were communicated via email. After a day, I was scheduled for the final interview with the HR. In this round, I was provided with detailed information about the company, its culture, salary discussions, employment agreements, role responsibilities, and the joining date.
My Experience: Overall, the interview process at Bridgefix Technology was thorough and provided insight into both technical skills and alignment with the company culture and values.
