I came to know about the job opening through one of the online job portals named ‘INDEED” and applied.
My Resume was shortlisted and I got to know about it a day later when HR called and informed me that I have been scheduled for an interview the very next day. All other details like Location, timing, and documents to carry, were sent to me via WhatsApp.
The next day after reaching their office I found there were other candidates too. After waiting for like almost an hour finally, it was my turn.
There was only one technical round for the interview and I was asked questions such as :
- Introduce yourself
- What do you know about irda?
- What is insurance?
- Benefits of life insurance
- When was the company formed?
- Who is the founder of bajaj allianz?
- What are your past job experiences?
- Why do you need this job?
- How will you lead your team to achieve the sales targets?
- What was your previous salary?
- What are your salary expectations now?
It went pretty well. Anyone with little research about the company and knowledge about the job position will be able to crack such interviews.
By evening HR called to congratulate Me for getting selected.
Though I got the jobs, but still didn’t show up the next day because I had better opportunities in my hand.
