About Campus Placements
Currently, I’m pursuing a BCA from BBD University, Faizabad Road Lucknow. I’m a third-year student at BCA(Bachelor of Computer Applications) is a three-year professional course program in computer applications, so firstly, I would like to talk about the campus placement of my University.
There are a lot of companies like Amazon, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Google, Tech Mahindra, Zomato, Genpact, HCL, and many more that come to BBD for recruiting freshers, and lots of students get hired on a handsome salary package. Pre-Placement talks are also conducted by hiring companies on the campus itself so that every student will be aware of the company’s culture, what post they are hiring the package they’re providing, and the selection process.
About College
The BBD university is committed to imparting academic excellence for students as well as providing lots of chances to grow in extracurricular activities along with the best infrastructure and various facilities like library, classrooms, smart classes, computer labs, auditorium, cafeteria, temptation, parks, sports, stadium, transportation, health services, banking facilities, and also hostel facility.
Besides all these facilities, BBD University also provides several opportunities to enhance students’ hidden talent and give career opportunity in that too like AAINA (for dancing events), cricket, football, volleyball, basket ball and many more. There’re also coach facility for sports. Recently KHELO INDIA was also organized in University itself.
Overall Journey
First year
My first year experience was good as I got huge faculty support in my studies although the college’s atmosphere was also very progressive. There are scheduled classes and labs although monthly sessional tests are also scheduled. Exams were used to be taken semester wise.
Second year
In my second year I have learned many things from the course perspective and also training sessions are also held which includes aptitude and reasoning from placement point of view.
Third year
Third year is the last year so it is full of lots of happiness, challenges as well as little bit of stress because we have to prepare for the placement ,make projects, and also cover up the whole syllabus.
