Welcome to the daily solving of our PROBLEM OF THE DAY with Yash Dwivedi. We will discuss the entire problem step-by-step and work towards developing an optimized solution. This will not only help you brush up on your concepts of Tree but also build up problem-solving skills.
In this problem, we are given a weighted tree with n nodes and (n-1) edges. You are given q queries. Each query contains a number x. For each query, find the number of paths in which the maximum edge weight is less than or equal to x.
Note: Path from A to B and B to A are considered to be the same.
Example :
Input:
n = 3
edges {start, end, weight} = {{1, 2, 1}, {2, 3, 4}}
q = 1
queries[] = {3}
Output:
1
Explanation:
Query 1: Path from 1 to 2
