What is JSON?
It stands for JavaScript Object Notation used in many applications like ios, android, etc. It support all kinds of platforms. It is a light-weight format of data. 

After opening Tableau, Under  the “To a File” section, you will get an option of JSON File. Click on it and browse the location of your JSON File. After this, the JSON Data File will be loaded into Tableau. Then, Choose the level up to which you want to add the data and then click OK.

Now, Tableau is ready to do analysis on JSON File Data.
