ZonedDateTime getHour() method in Java with Examples

The getHour() method of a ZonedDateTime class used to get the hour-of-day field from this ZonedDateTime. This method returns the integer value for the hour from 0 to 23.

Syntax:

public int getHour()

Parameters: This method does not take any parameters.

Return value: This method returns an integer representing hour, from 0 to 23.

Below programs illustrate the getHour() method:



Program 1:




// Java program to demonstrate
// ZonedDateTime.getHour() method
  
import java.time.*;
  
public class GFG {
    public static void main(String[] args)
    {
  
        // create a ZonedDateTime object
        ZonedDateTime zoneddatetime
            = ZonedDateTime.parse(

        // get hour field
        int value = zoneddatetime.getHour();
  
        // print result
        System.out.println("hour: " + value);
    }
}
