Zinnia Interview Experience for Associate Software Developer (On-Campus)

Recruitment Process: 

• Online Coding Assessment
• Group Discussion Round
• Technical Round – 1
• HR Round

Academic Criteria: 60 percent or above in B.Tech, Class X and XII. No backlogs at the time of the interview

Online Coding Round: Given 2 coding Questions (1 easy and 1 medium level) and need to solve those questions in 1 hour. To clear this round, you should be strong with data structures and algorithms skills.

Group Discussion Round: Given 1 topic of Upcoming Technology among 5 students and told to discuss the pros and cons of that technology. So to clear this round you should have good communication skills and confidence.

Technical Rounds: The Interview was for the Java Developer and most of the questions were from the Data Structures, Basics of Java, OOPs concepts, and SQL. The level of the interview was medium level. You may be asked puzzles in this round which will be based on the Data structures and algorithms.
