There was a total of 5 rounds after the “Application Shortlisting” part.

ROUND 1(Online MCQ Test): Assessment Date:- 09 Aug 2021

• Online MCQ test divided into 2 sections. (Aptitude + Technical)
• The aptitude section had quantitative and verbal reasoning questions.
• The technical section had C++, JAVA fundamentals, OOPS, DBMS, CN, Data structures questions.

17 students were selected for the next round.

ROUND 2(Psychometric Test): Interview Date:- 10 Aug 2021

• A psychometric test consisting of personality evaluation questions. 
• It was a non-elimination round.

Round 3(HR Interview): Interview Date:- 12 Aug 2021

• Introduce Yourself
• Leadership Qualities
• Speak 10 lines on Leadership
• Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years.
• Family Background

7 students were shortlisted for the next round i.e. Technical Interview.

Round 4(Technical Interview): Interview Date:- 13 Aug 2021

• Introduce Yourself 
• Family Background

Technical Questions:

• Explain all aspects of OOPS
• What do you know about DBMS
• What is primary key in DBMS
• Explain Indexing in DBMS
• Joins in DBMS
• Python-related questions (as I was coding in Python)
• Something about Django and Flask Framework in Python

Coding Part:

• Implement Palindrome without using any predefined function and explain your approach. (I have implemented that in O(n/2) time complexity)
• Explain Quick Sort and write a Pseudocode for the Quick Sort and explain your approach
• Implement a SQL query for “Join” for the employee database
• Now implement same query in “Left Join” of any kind

Project-Related:

• Explain in detail any of the projects you have made
• What challenges you’ve faced in it.
• How do you get out of this challenge
• Detail discussion regarding the project

Out of 7 candidates, only 3 got shortlisted for Chief Technical Officer Round.

Round 5 (CTO Round): Interview Date:- 18 Aug 2021

One meeting with the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of Yamaha motors solutions.

• Have you any job offers in hand, Why Yamaha
• What is DBMS
• What is Primary key and Relational Database
• Name some databases
• Explain Software Development Life Cycle
• Explain any of your projects

Finally, all 3 have cleared the CTO round and were given the Job Offer.
