YAMAHA Interview Experience

Designation:-Graduate Engineer Trainee

Bond:-  2 Years

Total Selected Candidates:-  10 (8 boys + 2 girls)

Round-1: It was MCQ Round which includes questions based on Aptitude, Maths, English, and CS fundamentals.
More than 30 students were selected for the HR Round.

Round-2: HR INTERVIEW

It started with Introduction, I have different qualifications so my questions were different from the rest of the candidates

• Why did you choose mechanical at first?
• How was your experience while working in an Industry?
• When and why did you choose Computer Science Engineering?
• Family Background
• And there were some general questions.
• Around 22 students were shortlisted

Round-3: Technical Interview

• Introduction
• DSA One question based on Array which was to print only duplicate elements in a given list. 
• DSA One question based on Linked List, to insert an element at the nth position.
• PROJECT DISCUSSION The next questions were based on my projects, the Structure of my website, what are the components I am using, and how the links behind various buttons are working. What are the parameters that are being passed in every request? Which database was used? How I designed the database? Explain different keys, primary key, foreign key, Unique key, etc.
• SQL After a detailed project explanation, I was given a scenario for which I had to design a database, create various tables and explain their relationship.

Around 14-16, students were shortlisted

Round-4: CTO Round

• Introduction
• Challenges faced during project development
• What is API?

Verdict – SELECTED Along with 10 other students
