Wiley – mthree Interview Experience for Internship

If you have received mail for the test of Wiley-mthree internship, Read this article very carefully as you will get to know about my experience with the process and the things to keep in mind during the entire process.

First of all, Congratulations! on getting shortlisted for the Online test of Wiley-mthree. Basically, it is a research and education company that offers an internship and placement program for 3rd and 4th year Engineering students which you might know already. 

Now comes the test, it consists of three rounds which are:

1. Aptitude/Technical Test 
2. Programming/coding Test 
3. Automatic video Test.

The first thing to keep in mind is that this test has direct eliminations at every round. 
So if you’re not able to clear any round you get exited out of the test and can’t appear for further rounds.

The Aptitude and technical round consists of general aptitude and pseudo code questions which you will be able to solve very easily.

The second thing to keep in mind is that you can only use 2 programming languages Python and Java for coding questions.
So if you’re a programmer who does not use this language you will not be able to clear the coding test round.

After the coding round, there is the Automated video test round which consists of 9-10 questions with 1 minute of time for each question, the question will pop on the screen and you will have to record a video answering that question don’t forget to submit the video otherwise it is not considered for evaluation. This was all about the online test hope you got the idea about how it is, don’t worry be confident, and appear for the test with your full concentration you will definitely crack it.

They will take 2 to 3 months to evaluate your assessment, so don’t panic if you didn’t receive any mail for months they usually take that much time because of a large number of applicants. 

You will receive a mail with a link for choosing the interview slot they conduct their interviews on www.hirepro.in the portal, once you choose your interview slot they will send you a link to join for the virtual interview keep in mind the slots will be available for two-three days after you receive the mail. So hurry up and choose your slot!!!

Here is when you will have to be a little alert and prepared,

The interview has two rounds:

• Technical/HR 
• Automated video interview round

You will receive only one mail with the link for an interview and a text message 10 min before your interview, So get ready yourself for the interview in time I will rate the interview in between the Medium-to-Difficult range.

But the most important thing to keep in mind in all this is what I am going to tell you about and this is the reason why I missed my opportunity of getting selected for an internship I wish I knew this before and that is why I am writing this article so that you will not do the same mistake I did,

i.e.

Once you are completed with the Technical/HR interview, and if you get selected for the next round ***You will not receive any other link for that round, but you will get the same text message as before you got for the first round.***

So you will have to visit the same link after receiving that message for the second round, and once you get to the second round of interviews you’re probably selected for the internship.
What I did was, I thought I received the message because of some bug though I visited the link it was the same as before so I didn’t think of registering and opening the link again which in terms was an unfortunate mistake and I missed the opportunity for the internship after being almost selected.

Visit the link after receiving the text message and appear for the Automated video round 24 hours after getting the message(The link is available for 24 hours since you receive the message).

Don’t do the mistake as me and grab the opportunity for this internship, It is a very credible internship and will be very helpful to get the practical learning experience for your future career opportunities.
