Shortlisting was done first based on the resume and the CGPA as criteria. I was one of the luckiest.

Round-1 : 3 sections

  • 1st Section composed of Some English and Aptitude  MCQ Questions which were mediocre level. – 20 mins
  • 2nd Section was composed of Some business-related MCQ questions which were difficult yet interesting. – 25 mins
  • 3rd Section was composed of 2 coding questions. Both were good. I completed one but was unable to do the other one. – 4o mins

I was selected with 20 others Among 300 people.

Round 2 (1st Technical Interview): Asked to introduce myself.  The interviewer was quite friendly and cooperated as I faced many net-related issues.

First, he asked me some basic questions on recursion and SQL. Then he asked me to discuss the paradigms of Object-oriented Methodology. Then he gave me a DSA question based on strings which was rather a simple problem.

https://github.com/Coolboy-786/Data-Structures/blob/main/wellsfergo.cpp

The question was we have to reverse the words in a string, whose index starts from the Fibonacci series. Then he gave me two mathematical reasoning series:

4,11,19,41,__,161
7,13,25,45,75,?

I answered both the questions. After some time I  got an interview mail for the second round.

Round 3 (2nd Technical Interview): This guy was a senior technical staff from Wells Fargo. He asked me about genuine things.

Then he asked me about the projects I had built and the responsiveness of the website. Also, he asked me about the things we can do to improve the security of the website. Then he asked me about some common DSA problems. THEN he took a deep dive into OOPS concepts. I was thorough with it.

Then he asked me about some CS fundamentals in DBMS. then asked me about recent projects, I answered Sorting Visualizer and explained it’s working. That was it.

Unfortunately, I was not selected after this round. Till now I don’t know why. Maybe because I didn’t do an internship.

After this people got a call from HR and got selected directly.
