Background of the company

Established in 2006, _VOIS â€“ Vodafone Intelligent Solutions – has grown from a single entity service provider to a global, purpose-driven TechCo, dedicated to driving scale @ speed and delivering value to Vodafone. It has its office in Pune. I got a chance to give an interview, as it was part of an on-campus placement provided by our college.

Criteria for company

60% throughout 10th, 12th or diploma and engineering.

Process

1) First round was about the aptitude test. In this round, various types of aptitude questions were asked primarily about the percentage, ratio, and work. You can practice this question from various sites or also from GeeksforGeeks and Interviewbit (which I would recommend to you).

2) Second Round was Group Discussion and Communication Round. In this round, we were given a topic to speak about for about 5 minutes of our choice and then the topic which was most general our thought were taken into account. Then each one of us was asked to share their respective thoughts on the general idea.

Note: My topic was One Thing I Would Like to Change. I spoke about the demand and necessity of reformation required in the Higher Technical Education System for Students.

Tips: Stay Confident and be clear about your views.

3) Third Round was technical Round 1. This round was based on the resume or CV. In this round, I was asked about my projects which were mentioned in my CV, and explained the entire project. I was also asked to write a simple program of prime numbers. Then they gave some queries to write such as inserting multiple values in tables, deleting the values of the tables, and inserting new values in place of them. They also asked some Logical and Pattern Questions. This round was for about 30-35 minutes long.

4) Fourth Round was technical Round 2 and HR round. This round was the technical and also HR round. In this round, the technical question was asked on my CV and various programming Language question. They asked some in deep questions about OOP concepts. They asked some Python questions as it was mentioned in my CV. They gave some HR questions such as what would I do if I am not able to adjust in my team or how would I deal with the client who keep on changing the requirement. This round lasted for 25-30 minutes.

Note

  • The aptitude test took place 1 month before the other round
  • The rest of the other round took place in a single day.

Important takeaway:

  • Be Confident during the entire Process.
  • Add only the thing you know and have practice
  • Have a thorough practice of DSA and SQL Queries
  • Practice and keep the concept of OOP clears
